Randy R. Bauman

Randy Bauman has over 18 years experience in the health care industry, specializing in all aspects of physician issues including strategic planning, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and group formations.

Randy joined Delta in 1993 and developed merger and group formation processes and methods integral to the creation of successful integration models.

Prior to joining Delta, Randy was a senior consultant with Chicago-based LINC Group where he worked with hospital and physician clients on the feasibility, development, and financing health care joint ventures, including imaging centers and medical office buildings.

Randy also served as a financial consultant for Control Data Corporation and Peat Marwick.

Randy received his Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Minnesota State University. He is a frequent speaker and writer on health care issues.

Daryl R. Demonbreun

Daryl Demonbreun has almost 20 years experience in the health care industry, specializing in all aspects of physician issues including operational assessments, valuations, income distribution plans, interim management, acquisitions and group formations.

Daryl joined Delta in 1993 and developed group formation operational processes and methods integral to the operation of successful integration models.

Prior to joining Delta, Daryl was the director of physician services in a for-profit hospital company, administrator of several single and multi-specialty groups in the Nashville area, and vice president of a community hospital. In those capacities, he has gained valuable insight into development and operational issues in a number of settings.

Daryl received his Bachelor of Science from David Lipscomb University and his Master of Arts in Administration from George Peabody College of Vanderbilt University. He is a regular speaker on health care issues.

Leif C. Beck, J.D., CHBC

Leif C. Beck, J.D., CHBC, is a nationally recognized expert on successful physician business practice and planning. Leif serves as an independent thinker who sees, expresses and advises by the 'big picture' for long-term success and has depth of knowledge in every service offered at Delta Health Care, from physician-compensation and partnership issues to facilitation of strategic planning retreats.

Prior to joining Delta, Leif was founder, publisher and editor of Advisory Publications (including the nationally know Physician's Advisory and Group Practice Solutions newsletters).

Beck has been a health care management, business, leadership and legal advisor. He founded and led the consulting firms of The Health Care Group, Inc., and Health Care Law Associates, P.C. He was managing partner at the law firm of Pepper, Hamilton and Scheetz prior to opening his own firms.
He is a graduate of the Duke University School of Law and received his bachelor of arts degree from Duke University. Early in his career, he instructed at both Duke University (school of economics) and Wharton School of Commerce and Finance. He has served on the boards of various schools and organizations providing outreach and services to inner city children.
